Presence Box

A quieter kind of product experience. Strategy, storytelling and a guided enquiry journey for a considered place to put your phone.

Product concept website

The brief

Make room for the moment.

Dinner with friends. A focused conversation. An hour of uninterrupted work. Presence Box starts with the moments people want to protect, and a small physical gesture that makes their intention visible.

Our task was to turn that idea into a product story people could understand and picture in their own lives. The website needed to introduce an unfamiliar object, explain two models and invite a useful conversation while the concept continued to develop.

  • Lead with the human ritual
  • Explain the product without technical overload
  • Make the next step feel considered
  • Help visitors picture it in their lives

Art direction

An object that belongs in the room.

Warm walnut, a quiet graphite body and generous space give the product a domestic, tactile character. The visual direction treats Presence Box as something that lives alongside books, furniture and conversation.

Large product studies let the materials do the talking. Restrained typography and a measured page rhythm carry the same feeling into the website, leaving room for a visitor to pause, look and understand.

AI-generated product concept; materials and final specifications are illustrative.

The experience

Two models. A clear choice.

Core introduces an everyday place for phones at home. Pro explores the same intention in facilitated and professional spaces, with a session display in its concept design. The comparison is organised around setting and use, so visitors can recognise the version that fits their needs.

The content moves from why the object exists to how each model could fit a routine. Short explanations, consistent product language and a dedicated professional path keep that decision understandable.

  • Everyday rituals at home
  • Facilitated sessions and shared spaces
  • Model comparison before configuration
  • Match the model to the setting

The journey

Carry the idea into an enquiry.

A guided configurator gives interest a practical next step. Visitors choose a model, describe quantities and optional requirements, then review an indicative summary before preparing an email enquiry.

Each step carries context forward. The business receives a starting brief, and the visitor can see what they are asking about. The journey suits a developing product: a thoughtful conversation before a final specification or order.

A clear choice at each step. Context carried into the conversation.

The details

Clarity is part of the design.

Concept imagery and indicative information have a clear place in the experience. Availability, specifications and pricing remain subject to confirmation, allowing the website to tell an engaging story without overstating what has been manufactured or tested.

The result is a flexible foundation for the next stage: refine the photography, validate the product details and keep the same coherent journey from first impression to enquiry.

  • Responsive product storytelling
  • A focused professional-space pathway
  • A structured brief for the next conversation
  • Tell the story without overstating

The result

A simple ritual, made tangible — with a clear path from curiosity to a considered product enquiry.

Good work starts with the right conversation.
